This curiosity motivates her to constantly uncover unique human truths and build empathy between our partners and their audiences. As part of the ?What If! team, Erika has worked across industries with partners ranging from R&D scientists within a major pharmaceutical company to the insights and strategy team of a global media organization, helping them identify fresh insights to translate into actionable opportunities.
Before finding a home at ?What If!, Erika flexed her account management and strategy muscles in the advertising world, working alongside clients such as Verizon, Procter & Gambel, Visa and AT&T, helping them to discover and capitalize on relevant audience and cultural trends.
Not ready to let go of her 5-year-old Broadway dreams, in her spare time Erika still enjoys tap dancing – even if her skill level hasn’t progressed.
